I’m not quite sure why Christmas is the season of Cookies but it is. There are Christmas Cookie Exchanges happening, Christmas Cookies being gifted to neighbors and friends, and Christmas Cookies being decorated and eaten by children. Whatever the reason is for this season of endless Christmas Cookies they are all delicious and fun to bake. So today I’m sharing some of the recipes that I am loving and adding to my Christmas Cookie recipe box.
Happy Baking!

Delicious and cheery roundup of Christmas Cookies. Can’t wait to try several. My granddaughters and I will be busy. Pinning, Pinning, Pinning. Thank you so much for including my Cathedral Cookies. It wouldn’t be Christmas without them at our house.
Sharing on google+ and fb too!

Cookies are always a favorite around Christmas because the original holiday was to honor saint Nicholas. On December 6th, which is the original date to honor him, cookies and treats were given to children because saint Nicholas helped children in need. Every year on December 6th my family gets our tree, hangs our stockings and we make our Christmas treats.
