Mother’s Day Printable Tags

It’s that time of the year to start thinking of special ways to show our Mom’s that we appreciate them for all they do for us.  Today I’m sharing these darling Mother’s Day Printable Tags with you.  They are the perfect addition to any gift you give this year.

There are four tags to choose from, click on which one/s you want.

To download the tag/s you want just right click with your mouse on the image you want to save.  Click “save as” and then open in a program like Microsoft Word or Publisher.  Resize the tags to what size you want.  I made mine 2″ in diameter.  I chose to cut mine out by hand with scissors since a circle punch would cut off all the pretty leaves, but you can use a circle punch if you will be printing a lot of tags.

I paired my tags with these cute mason jars filled with yummy treats for the Mom’s in my family.  The jars are filled with Chocolate Covered Caramel Wafers that you can get the recipe over at SNAP Creativity.  I tied some cute bakers twine around my jar lids and added a bit of fabric over the jar lid to make it look pretty.  I hope all the Mom’s enjoy these.
