With summer break fast approaching, I know that my little family of four will be hitting the pool as often as we can to beat the summer heat. Along with the summer heat comes shorts & tanks, dinners that don’t heat up the whole house, and desserts that are cool and light. These Piña Colada Floats are my way of keeping the extra calories away while enjoying a cool treat with all the flavors you’d expect.
While shopping at my local Safeway store I purchased some of my favorite low calorie sodas, 7UP TEN – Sunkist TEN – Canada Dry TEN – and A&W TEN. The TEN products are a great way to keep the full flavor of your favorite sodas with only 10 calories.
Ingredients:
– 7UP TEN
– Pineapple Greek Frozen Yogurt
– Torani Sugar Free Coconut Syrup
– Fresh Pineapple for Garnish
Begin by putting 2 – 3 pumps (1 TB) of the torani coconut syrup in your glass.
Add 1 scoop of pineapple Greek frozen yogurt.
Fill your glass 3/4 full of 7UP TEN, you may have to pour slowly to avoid the glass filling with just foam.
Top with 2 or 3 more large scoops of pineapple Greek frozen yogurt.
Garnish with fresh pineapple wedges and a cute straw.
Whether you are having an afternoon soda with your lunch or making these delicious floats for an after dinner treat with the family you will love every sip, while saving calories without loosing any of the flavor.
You can find TEN products at any Safeway store. If you visit the Just For U website you can get a coupon for a free 2 liter of any flavor of the TEN calorie products (7UP Ten, Sunkist Ten, A&W Ten, Canada Dry Ten). This offer is available from 05/12 – 05/19, while supplies last.
