Start by painting some small terracotta pots a fun spring color, I chose the Americana acrylic paint in Sea Breeze. The turquoise and the orange of the carrots were a perfect color combo.
Once your small pots are dry all you need to do is fill them.
You can use a pre-shredded brown gift filler, or you can shred a brown paper bag yourself if you have one on hand. Lunch sack paper bags work best if you are making your own. If you shred your own just be sure you crumple it up in your hands before filling your pots so it’s not all straight and perfect. The brown filler will be your “dirt” in case you hadn’t already guessed.
Next just add your small plastic candy filled carrots. I have seen these treats at both Dollar Tree and 99 Cent Only stores around Easter. They are filled with a candy powder like pixie-stix.
Now print these cute Some Bunny Loves You printables found HERE. There are six colored tags to choose from, choose your favorite!
Add some cute bakers twine or ribbon and tie the tag around your pots. These favors are super quick, easy, and so cute!
