A few weeks ago I shared these cute Halloween Free Printable Tags with you, and today I want to share the fun Fringed Halloween Treat Bags I made to go with them. Sure, there was nothing wrong with the cute black and white polka dot treat bags to begin with, but when you add fringe to them…they are just plain awesome! Best part is they are so easy and quick to put together.
Supplies:
Paper treat bags from Petite Party Studio
Crepe paper streamers – black, white, and lime green
Orange washi tape
Tape runner
Scissors

Start by cutting a length of your crepe paper streamer, fold it in half, and then in half again.
Using your scissors cut your fringe in the crepe paper streamers. You will need to cut enough for each color to have two layers per bag. The black will need x4 layers since you will have two rows of black.
Tip: Save yourself some time and by the fun Martha Stewart fringe scissors.
Continue to layer the lime green, white, and the second row of black on top of each other with the tape runner.
You can either add a strip of orange cardstock or washi tape to the top of the layers.
Then add the Halloween Free Printable Tags found HERE to the front of your bag using a tape runner or glue stick.
These turned out so cute, don’t you think? Perfect for Halloween party favors, class treats, or a fun gift for a teacher.
